Being Highly Sensitive: a visual narrative

For this project, I explored how to artistically express being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). This refers to those born with sensory processing sensitivity, a personality trait that makes someone more sensitive to the world around them. I illustrated this by breaking down the trait into its four main characteristics. From Top Left: Depth of Processing, Overstimulation, Empathy, Sensitivity to Subtleties.
